Led UX and creative development for the company’s first non-gaming app, built on React Native, for both iOS and Android (Call of Duty Companion App). Designed, prototyped, tested and released within a 9 month period. Crafted experiences for responsive web and provided UX guidance to studios within the Activision family, including Bungie’s Destiny 2 online marketing presence. Influenced and led continuous experience improvements to a global leader in hospitality’s flagship Android and iOS apps. Guests at 5,000 properties in 103 countries and territories enjoyed persistent improvements and innovative first-to-market features that enrich the travel experience for millions of users every day. LEad UX/UI Designer, Contract, Monger MArketplace

2015

Guided the user experience and interface design for Monger Marketplace, an e-commerce platform with a reward program designed to help people pay off their student loans early through daily purchases. I focused heavily on the needs of internal employees and third party vendors by planning and designing a portal to manage inventory, adjust pricing, analyze sales performance, govern customer relations and community building, and oversee payment processing. Also worked on improving their customer-facing shopping site by employing modern and tested e-commerce techniques to increase conversions and sales.

UX Designer, Fender Musical Instruments

2014 - 2015

Supported the launch of a new direct-to-consumer, responsive e-commerce site for Fender

by designing experience improvements and innovation based on consumer behavioral

research, achieving a steady and substantial increase in sales KPIs and conversion rates.

Crafted prototypes of new digital products to influence executive level buy-in for new

business opportunities. Supported product databases and on-going marketing campaigns

through the creation and implementation of various design and code assets.

Managed and improved the UX for 11 alternative news sites (including LA Weekly) by designing and launching entire site-wide redesigns, which led to significant increases in key performance metrics.Researched, planned and designed several native iOS + Android mobile applications from conceptualization to final interface assets which saw an improvement in metrics and mobile ad sales.Researched, planned and designed the UX for a local places and events website and app.
